Help Us Build Stronger Families
Supporting parents as they build stability, strengthen family relationships, and work toward successful reunification. Every donation goes directly toward that work.
Who We Serve
Day 1 Recovery Center serves parents involved in family reunification efforts who are working to create a stable future for themselves and their children. We focus on helping families build the foundation needed for long-term success through housing stability, personal growth, parenting development, and family-centered support.
Core Program Components
Our program is built around six key areas designed to help parents create stability, strengthen family relationships, and prepare for successful reunification.
Parent Reboot & Personal Growth
Helping parents develop self-awareness, accountability, emotional regulation, communication skills, and healthy decision-making through structured personal growth practices and daily reflection.
Family Connection & Attachment
Strengthening trust, healthy communication, parent-child attachment, and meaningful family relationships through intentional family engagement and connection-building activities.
Parenting Development
Providing practical parenting education, coaching, and skill development that help parents create safe, structured, nurturing, and child-centered home environments.
Housing Stability & Life Skills
Building the practical skills needed to maintain housing, manage responsibilities, navigate resources, and create long-term stability for the entire family.
Workforce & Education Support
Connecting parents with employment resources, educational opportunities, workforce development programs, and career pathways that support long-term independence.
Resource Navigation & Advocacy
Helping families access community resources, benefits, supportive services, and advocacy opportunities that strengthen stability and support successful reunification.
Evidence Based Tools for Lasting Change
At Day 1 Recovery Center, we believe lasting change happens when knowledge becomes daily practice. Our program reinforces skills learned through behavioral health services, substance use treatment, parenting education, and community support programs by helping participants apply those skills in real-life situations.
Using evidence-based principles and structured daily routines, parents strengthen emotional regulation, accountability, communication, decision-making, and family relationships while building a foundation for long-term stability and successful reunification.
